Bob, I only knew you for a short while, and not nearly long enough. I enjoyed your friendship and our conversations immensely. It's amazing how much impact you can have on a person you barely know, but Bob, you've had an impact on me. I was so bummed when you had to leave Colorado. I look forward to seeing you again someday and we can continue the conversations we left undone.

I truly miss you buddy.

Bob was the older of my only two boy cousins. I idolized him. He was always old enough to do the things that I wish I could do but was not old enough. As I got older he tuned up my first car and I chose him to be the godfather of my first son. He helped me with many projects at my first house. I still can't believe he is gone. My visits to Chicago will never be the same but I will be sharing fond memories of him with Carol whenever I do come back. Rest in peace, Bob, and I hope we get together again when it's my turn to rest.
