Virginia M (Ericsson) Seib

Virginia M. Seib, 93, of Glen Ellyn, IL. Beloved wife of the late Roger “Bill” W. Seib; Loving mother of Eric; Dear sister of the late Allen (Bernadine) Ericsson and fond aunt of Laura (Scott) Sutherland, Allen (Barb) Ericsson, Patty (David “Corky”) Schumacher,  Linda (Thom) Simpson, Ron (Sally) Seib, Bob Goldstead  & Janice Goldstead Devilder.

Virginia managed the Balsam Point Resort on East Fox Lake in Fifty Lakes, Minnesota for 13 years during the 1950’s. She loved to plant flower gardens and take great care of the family homes in Glen Ellyn & Thunder Lake, Remer, Minnesota. She was an amazing listener & a talented advice giver to her friends & family. She loved to travel around the United States and spend her summers in Northern Minnesota on Thunder Lake.

A visitation for her will be held on Saturday, June 5 from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM at Leonard Memorial Funeral Home, 565 Duane St. Glen Ellyn, IL (www.leonardmemorialhome.com or 630-469-0032)                                                                            

Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Heights, IL.
