Michael Bruce Wilken

Michael Wilken, 83, of Glen Ellyn, born in Steven’s Point, Wisconsin. Survived by his amazing wife of 55 years, Margaret, née Dysart; Loving father of James and Kathleen Shalala(Patrick); Proud grandfather of Sydney and Bryan Wilken and Erin, Kacey and Sarah Shalala; Brother of Kent (Carol); Sister of Alexandra Trianosky.

Mike was active in Glen Ellyn Park District softball, Cub Scouts and Kiwanis of Central DuPage.

A Memorial gathering will be held Friday, January 31, 2020 from 4-8 PM at Leonard Memorial Funeral Home, 565 Duane St., Glen Ellyn. A Memorial Mass will be held in his honor on Saturday February 1, 2020, 10 AM at St Petronille Catholic Church, 420 Glenwood Ave. Glen Ellyn, IL. 60137.
