Jean A. Herbert

Jean A. Herbert, nee McGuane, age 71, of Glen Ellyn and formerly of Indian Head Park, died peacefully with family at her side on September 3, 2022.   Beloved wife of Jerome Herbert for 47 years; loving mother of Jacqueline (Warren) Rickert and Daniel (Dena) Herbert; proud Mama of Samuel, Bella, Matthew and Benjamin.   Fond sister of Maureen (Edward) Ring, John (Kathy) McGuane and the late James (late Elizabeth) McGuane. Loving sister-in-law to Beverly (Richard) Roberts and Terrance (Kathy) Herbert.  Treasured Aunt and Great Aunt to many nieces and nephews, loving cousin and lifelong friend of many.  Jean was a woman of faith, loved her family and friends with all her heart.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Lurie Childrens Hospital of Chicago at luriechildrens.org are appreciated.  

A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, September 8th, 11 AM at St. John of the Cross Church, 5005 Wolf Rd. Western Springs, IL 60558.
