Constance D. “Connie” Flower nee: Donahoe age 79 a longtime resident of Wheaton.  Beloved wife of the late Dennie. Loving mother of Carrie Flower-Costabile & Kim (Brian) Wedoff. Dear step-grandmother of Jake Wedoff. Dearest daughter of the late Walter & the late Frances Donahoe. Devoted sister of Michael (Mary Ann), late James (late Phyllis), late Bill (late Suzanne) & the late Sister Barbara Jean Donahoe. Special aunt of many nieces & nephews and best friend of Sylvia Pasqurella. 

Visitation Sunday November 13th from 4-8 PM at Leonard Funeral Home, 565 Duane St. Glen Ellyn. Gather at the funeral home Monday at 9:30 AM, processing to St. John the Baptist Church 0 S 233 Church St. Winfield, IL 60190 for 10:30 AM Mass. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL.

CONNIE, stands for Courageous, Optimistic, Nurturing, Nice, Inspiring & Effervescent. She walked through life always seeing the glass half full and seeing the beauty each day brought. People continuously gravitated toward her for advice and words of encouragement. She had a natural way in making people feel special, loved and accepted and was inspiring to watch. She dedicated her life to protecting children and had an uncanny ability to connect with them. Her nurturing demeanor made her the perfect mother. She had effervescent personality….making her simply magnetic.
