Amy Joy Keil (Heise), 58, a lifelong resident of Glen Ellyn, Illinois passed away on September 8, 2021.
Born July 9, 1963 to Robert Henry Heise and Janet Marilyn Heise (Bolin), the only daughter of four siblings, she was proudly raised a hometown girl. Upon graduating from Glenbard West High School in 1981, Amy continued her education and graduated from Carthage College in 1985. She then went on to have a dedicated career with Merrill Lynch for over 35 years.
Amy was even more dedicated to bringing her family together, hosting countless holidays and dinners. All were always welcome.
Amy‘s greatest pride was for her girls. She will be deeply mourned by her young daughters, Caroline Rose Keil and Amanda Mei Jei Keil. Amy leaves behind her three devoted brothers, Steven, Mark and Tim Heise. Amy was the precious aunt to Dan (Amy) Heise and Jessica Grace, and always doted upon her five great nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by her many lifelong friends, whom she loved dearly.
She is preceded in death by her father and mother.
Amy will be remembered for her generous spirit and the joy she brought to this world.
Family and friends may gather for visitation Thursday, September 16th from 4 to 8 PM or September 17th for a memorial service at 10 AM, both events will be held at Leonard Memorial Home, 565 Duane St., Glen Ellyn, IL 60137. Interment will follow the memorial service at Forest Hill Cemetery, Glen Ellyn.
