Scott R. Raffensparger

Scott R. Raffensparger, age 68 of Glen Ellyn. A former Glen Ellyn Volunteer Fireman. Beloved husband of Marcia for 46 years. Loving father of Michele (Greg) Stehlik, Bradley Raffensparger & Jill (Jeremy) Grote. Proud grandfather of Sydney, Tyler & Lauren Card and Avery & Harper Grote. Dear son of Rosemary & the late Richard. Fond brother of Terri Scaletta & Kim Murphy and uncle of many nieces & nephews.

Scott was a proud Glen Ellyn Volunteer Fireman from 1973-2016 and honorably served as Fire Chief during that time from 2001-2011.

Visitation is Thursday, January 2nd from 3-9 PM at our Leonard Memorial Funeral Home, 565 Duane St. Glen Ellyn, IL. Funeral service is Friday at our funeral home at 10:30 am. Interment at Forest Hill Cemetery in Glen Ellyn to Follow. Donations may be made to JDRF.org in his honor.
