Vicki L. ("Newcomer") Blomquist

Vicki L . ("Newcomer") Blomquist age 63 of Winfield.  Beloved wife of David for 38 years. Loving mother of Eric (Alyssa O’Neal) Blomquist & Lauren Blomquist. Dear grandmother of Oliver & Juniper Blomquist.  Fond aunt of Teisha (Todd) Juday, Ryan Newcomer, Bill Molthop, Paul Molthop, Merideth Peterson & Jon (Alli) Peterson & great-aunt of Kaitlyn & Logan Juday.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph & Carol Newcomer & her bother Keith Newcomer.

Vicki was a 23 year nurses assistant at Central Dupage Hospital in Winfield, IL. She loved spending time with her children & grandchildren and was an avid biker, biking up to 80 miles per week going both east & west on the prairie path.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 8th from 4 PM until time of service at 7:30 PM at Leonard Memorial Funeral Home, 565 Duane St. Glen Ellyn, IL 60137. Interment will be private.
