Our sincerest condolences. Bob's good works will last well beyond his mortal life. He helped introduce us to Bridge 15 years ago and we've been active supporters in that fight against homelessness ever since. A banker with a big heart. A life well lived!

I was saddened to hear about Bob's passing. I'm an old friend of his brother, David, as we grew up in Edison Park and our families got together quite often. ( They lived in a bungalow about one house south of Touhy Avenue.) After high school, as it usually happens, we lost track of one another. Something called 'life' got in the way...
I'm sure his family takes comfort in the fact that Bob led a very caring and purposeful life and that many will miss him.

Such a loss to family, friends, and the larger community that he served and shared his knowledge, insight, compassion, and humanity. I appreciated his mentoring during our many fire response assignments. We are better for him.

We were so sorry to hear of Bob's death. He certainly crammed a lot of life, love, and giving into his 73 years. He will be missed.
