Raymond Pajeau

Raymond J. Pajeau, age 87, of Glen Ellyn. Husband of Donna L. Pajeau. Father of Kathy Rhear nee: Pajeau and Scott Pajeau. Grandpa of Stephanie Brandon nee: Pajeau, Amanda nee: Rhear (Josh) Mitchell, Shawn (Kaely) Rhear, Stacie Pajeau and Kellie Pajeau. Great grandpa of Autumn, Bennett, Savannah, William, Kinsleigh, James, Kingston and Bobby. Son of the late Raymond and the late Louise Pajeau. Brother of the late Robert (Dianne) Pajeau. Uncle of Mike (Kristina) Pajeau, the late Rosemary Pajeau, Dan (Sara) Pajeau, Lois Pajeau, the late Danny Pajeau and many great nieces and nephews. Cousin to many and best friend of his dog Lobo.

Ray was a veteran of the US Army. He retired from Jewel as a meat-cutter after working there for 44 years. He was an avid fisherman, loved his family vacations in Hayward, WI and passed time completing many many puzzles. He was a devoted Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears and Glenbard West Hilltoppers Football Fan.

He was proud to attend many, many sporting events of his grandchildren and was a faithful grandpa to many grand-dogs, which he enjoyed daily walks around the block.

A Memorial Gathering for Ray will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm on at Leonard Memorial Home, 565 Duane Street, Glen Ellyn, IL. (630-469-0032). Interment will be private.
