Mary Ann Staky

Mary Ann Staky, age 95, of Wheaton, Illinois, passed on to her heavenly home on November 2, 2023. She is survived by her son Rich Staky (Laurie), daughter Deb Staky, son Greg Staky, and son Charlie Staky (Julie). Her beloved grandchildren Rob Staky (Blair), Kristy Staky, Adria Reed (Gavin), Eric Staky (Kalee), Rachel Kincaid (Sean), Anders Staky, and Elainia Staky, and her adored great grandchildren Owen and Jack Staky - sons of Rob & Blair Staky, and Nathan and Graham Reed - sons of Gavin & Adria Reed.

Mary was born in Coldwater, Michigan on July 22, 1928, the only daughter of Anthony and Margiry Brown (MacDonald). She attended Antioch College in Ohio, which is where she met and married Robert W. Staky. They were married before she graduated. They raised their family near Detroit, Michigan, and later moved to Tuscon, Arizona during their retirement years. She was an avid bridge and mahjong player and thoroughly enjoyed the game of golf. She also loved a good crossword puzzle and cup of coffee in the morning.

But her greatest skill and joy of her life was being a "MOM".
