Mary Magdalene Heldmann

Age 87. Loving wife of Donald for 55 years; cherished mother of Matthew, Steven, Donna (Steven) Tucker and Madeleine; beloved grandmother of Amanda, Samantha, Lauren, Emily and Katherine.

Remembered fondly by her many students and colleagues at St. Matthew School; Mary enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, lotto scratch-offs, watching American history documentaries, shopping and vacationing with her family; Mary loved her family, the Blessed Mother, her country, the Chicago Cubs and Elvis. 

Visitation on Friday, January 5 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Leonard Memorial Funeral Home, 565 Duane Street, Glen Ellyn. Funeral mass on Saturday, January 6 at 9:30 am at St. Petronille Church, 420 Glenwood Ave, Glen Ellyn. Private internment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.
 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boys Town, Disabled Veterans National Foundation or Association of the Miraculous Medal.
