Marcia Cortese

Marcia Cortese nee: Clarke, of Bolingbrook, wife of the late Robert Cortese, Sr. for 50 years.

Beloved mother of Bob (Jennifer) Cortese, Gina (Rob) Tate, Jamie (Don) Stamper, and Bill (Kristy) Cortese. Grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Mursell and Anna Marie Clarke and fond sister of the late Gerry Svendson. 

Marcia worked as an insurance agent and for many years did hair at Leonard Memorial Home in Glen Ellyn. She loved to ride her motorcycle, loved swimming and spending time with her kids and grandkids.

A Memorial Gathering will take place at Leonard Memorial Home, 565 Duane Street, Glen Ellyn, IL on Saturday, July 29th from 11 AM - 2 PM. For more information on Marcia's service please call (630) 469-0032.
