Joan Francis (Cichucki) Allen

Joan Francis Allen, age 79, of Tinley Park, Illinois passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Richard Allen. Born in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sophie Cichucki. She was a Graduate of Notre Dame High School in Bridgeport, CT in 1962. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from Central Connecticut State University.

Joan was the loving mother of Michael (Erin) Stanko and grandmother of Hayden and Brynna Stanko. Loving sister of Leonard Cichucki and the late Diane Wechter. Dear aunt of Deric Wechter. Dear stepmother of Christine McDonald, Kathy Jo Allen, Rich (Janessa) Allen, and Tom (Elizabeth) Allen. Dear step grandmother of Lexie McDonald, Kayla (Ashay) Briscoe, Kenneth Jr (Mornessah) McDonald and Kaden Allen. Dear step great grandmother of Makayla, Michael, Mason, Messiah, Jybrion, Mo’Kennus, Kenneth III and Kennzo. Joan enjoyed traveling, shopping and being with her beloved dog Ellie.

Memorial on Friday May 3, 2024 from 3-6 pm at Story Point Assisted Living, 605 Edward Dr, Romeoville, IL 60446.
