Dale Davis

Dale M. Davis, 70, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, after a year of declining health. Dale, a residence of Bradenton, FL. and formerly Bloomingdale, IL. grew up in Glen Ellyn, IL. and graduated from Glenbard West high school in 1968. Dale worked for the Glen Ellyn post office for more than 30 years, spending many of those years at the front counter of the downtown post office where he was well known and loved by many downtown business owners and residents of Glen Ellyn. Dale, preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Ruth Davis and his beloved brother, Sgt. Louis Davis USAF, is survived by 2 sisters, Genell (Gary) Folz of Brandenton, FL.; Ginger (Greg) Banks of Mt. Vernon, IL; a brother, Jay Davis of Wheaton, IL. and many nieces and nephews. Dale will be laid to rest at Forest Hill Cemetery, Glen Ellyn, IL. with his brother and parents. For further information contact davisjay951@aol.com
