Christopher Forman

**UPDATED SERVICE INFORMATION**

Christopher Kenneth Forman, 29,  of Glen Ellyn passed away unexpectedly on March 14, 2021. He is the beloved son of K.C. & Carmella Forman. Dear brother of Patrick & William. Dearest grandson of Joseph & Linda D’Agostino & Marilyn (late Kenneth Charles Sr.) Forman. Fond nephew of Claudia (Randy) Leland, the late Angelo D’Agostino, late Dana (Robert) Maas, Diane (Charlie) Carstens, Barb (Jeff) McCleave, late Jill Forman and fond cousin of many.

Chris was a graduate of Glenbard West High School and Northern Illinois University and he settled in Lisle after graduation.  Chris was a wonderful son and brother who will be missed every day by his grieving family.  Chris made friends with many whom the family consider to be extended family.  In their own words this is how Chris will be remembered by his friends.  “Chris was adored by his friends and family alike.  His infectious laugh and gentle demeanor brought people together and made him a best friend to many.  He was extremely caring and generous in so many ways.  His warmth and humor will be missed by all.” 

Memorial Mass will be held Saturday June 26, 2021 at 9:30am at St. Petronille Catholic Church. Burial of cremated remains at Forest Hill Cemetery on Riford Road will immediately follow.
