Darlene Wilma Clauss

Darlene Wilma Clauss (nee Gehrke) of Glen Ellyn and Naperville passed away on June 27, 2019. Beloved wife of Bob, loving mother of Bob, Doug, and Nancy; fond grandmother of Hank , Joe, Ted, Ryan, Lauren, Croix and Buck and great-grandmother of Caden Ren. 

Darlene was born on August 13, 1936 and attended Proviso High School and Elmhurst College. Darlene and Bob married on September 7, 1957 and lived in Addison, Glen Ellyn and Monarch Landing in Naperville. Darlene was active in her church, Grace Lutheran, Glen Ellyn Food Pantry, many volunteer endeavors and numerous bridge and pinochle clubs.

Visitation will be on Saturday, July 6 from 9 AM to 11 AM at Grace Lutheran Church 483 Forest, Glen Ellyn.  A memorial service will be held immediately after visitation at 11 AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations to Glen Ellyn Food Pantry are appreciated.
