Susan Pain Clancy

Susan Pain Clancy, 71, of Glen Ellyn, IL, daughter of Hugh and Jane Pain (nee Pennebaker) died June 30, 2016 at her home. She is survived by her daughters, Erin (Ramon) Pasetes, of Algonquin, IL and Shannon (Robert) Levine, of Northern CA and her six grandchildren, Amanda, Michael, Emily Ann, Elizabeth, Dylan and Ryan. She is also survived by her sister, Charlotte Keiter, of Orlando, FL and her brother, Richard Pain, of Seattle, WA. She was most happy when birdwatching, reading a good book or travelling. She was a volunteer at the local library and taught English literacy to children. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, July 7th at Leonard Memorial Home, 565 Duane St., Glen Ellyn, IL from 4-7pm with a service to follow at 7pm.
