Joseph "Joe" B. Abel

Joseph B. Abel age 87 a resident of Glen Ellyn since 1963 passed away peacefully on March 6th, 2017. He is the beloved husband of Mary Jane nee: Brady for 61 years; loving father of Joseph G. (Sharon), Mary, Jim, Martha, Mark (Anna), Dan, John (Amanda) and Paul; dear grandfather of Wayne (Jamie) Henriksen, Deanna (Jeremy) Bero, Mike Quattrocchi, Meghan Konan, Madeline, Carolyn, Jack and Allie Abel; great grandfather of Charlie, Leah, and Alex Henriksen and Elliot Bero. Visitation for Joseph will be Monday March 13th from 4-8 PM at Leonard Memorial Funeral Home, 565 Duane St. Glen Ellyn (630-469-0032). Funeral Mass Tuesday 10 AM at St. Petronille Church, 420 Glenwood Ave. Glen Ellyn.
