I knew Jim and his family back in the 1970s when we were both in the Glen Ellyn JayCees. We worked on several committees together. Jim was a kind and thoughtful person who spoke well of everyone. He was a great actor who did a memorable impression of Oliver Hardy. He is man I am glad i had the pleasure of knowing.

Jim foremost was my friend. We worked together at DuPage County, Glen Ellyn, and the Fourth of July Committee. He was a man for all seasons. A man of opinions and accomplishments that were very valuable to all he touched. God called him because his work was done here on earth. Too soon! He will genuinely be missed but always remembered. . I am sure he is looking down from above to all of us saying good luck. Our prayers are with Barb and all of his family.

Barb & Family,
It was always a special pleasure when we would run into Jim and speak with him. His uplifting spirit and personality would always make us smile. He will be missed by the Village of Glen Ellyn and all that were lucky enough to know him. Please accept our sincere condolences.

Jim's kindness, integrity and care toward those in need are part of his exemplary character in this community. I will miss serving with him at church and PADS. Prayers for Barb and the whole family to get through each moment, one at a time, and find comfort and peace in wonderful memories.
