June E. Stoltz of Glen Ellyn passed away February 16, 2013 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Albert, loving mother of Linda Stoltz (Jerry) Poquette , Charles Stoltz ( Diane Deets), Roger (Shauna) Stoltz and Elizabeth Stoltz, devoted grandfather of Jesse and Signe Poquette, Perry Stoltz-Hohlstein and Oscar Stoltz, Fond sister of LeRoy Haglund and Dr. Roger Haglund (Jacqui O’Neil). Aunt of many nieces & nephews and cousin and friend of many. She was born in Duluth, MN on June 17th, 1926 to Signe & Hjalmer Haglund. She was a member since 1956 of the 1st United Methodist Church. A Member & past president of the Glen Ellyn Womens Club. She received a degree for the University of Minnesota, becoming a social worker in Minneapolis and Chicago. Her passions in life were playing the piano, singing and the welfare of children. Visitation will be Thursday, February 21st from 4-8 pm at the Leonard Memorial Home, 565 Duane St. Glen Ellyn. Funeral service Friday 11 AM at the 1st United Methodist Church of Glen Ellyn, 424 Forest Ave with a visitation at 10:30 AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to the Morton Arboretum or the 1st United Methodist Church appreciated. For information call 630-469-0032.
